How is pricing handled?
Flat fees by format, transparent add-ons, travel at cost, & deposit to book, balance due upon completion. Multi-session/series & licensing get volume pricing.
Deposits & payments
- 50% deposit to hold the date; balance Net 15 (virtual due by session date).
- W-9 available on request.
- 7-day soft hold available while you confirm.
- If you cancel after deposit: deposit converts to a credit you can use within 12 months.
- Weather/force majeure → free pivot to live virtual or the next open date..
